Our units are NOT climate controlled. Please consider this with respect to the possibility of mold, mildew, etc. and the sensitivity of your stored items. Items such as rugs, fabric/leather furniture, objects made of wood, and paper/cardboard items are susceptible to this type of damage.
Food of any kind (human, pet, birdseed, etc) may not be stored in units. They attract mice and present a risk to your stored items as well as other tenants' stored items.
If you would like rental insurance, you must purchase it through a third party.
