Our units are NOT climate controlled. Please consider this with respect to the possibility of mold, mildew, etc. and the sensitivity of your stored items. Items such as rugs, fabric/leather furniture, objects made of wood, and paper/cardboard items are susceptible to this type of damage.
Food of any kind (human, pet, birdseed, etc) may not be stored in units. They attract mice and present a risk to your stored items as well as other tenants' stored items.
Our outdoor storage areas are uncovered and snow will not be maintained during the winter. Renters should expect not to be able to remove vehicles until snow melt!
